This project involved the total refurbishment and an extension to a holiday home on the Northumberland coast. The original building dates from the 1930s and the first floor extension was designed to reflect this, rendered in a neutral light and gray colour scheme suitable to the period modernist design.
The completed project included a roof terrace and second floor balcony, both with wooden decking, enabling a perfect view of the open coast line.
